Research on a Design of Bilateral Negotiation and Transaction Model in Electricity Market

摘要: 本文在电力市场双边协商交易中引入鲁宾斯坦讨价还价理论,设定了交易模式、市场主体出价特性和成交原则,提出了售电方和购电方的交易策略表达式,并重点分析了购售各方出价策略的考虑因素,主要包括最大出价轮次、目标价格、交易裕度和调节系数,据此设计贴现因子,从而完整地构建起讨价还价模型。借鉴广西电力市场交易情况,对模型进行仿真,并分析了模型调节系数的出价行为表征,验证了模型的有效性,为市场主体交易决策和分析交易行为及成交结果提供参考。

Abstract: In this paper, the Rubinstein bargaining theory is introduced into the bilateral negotiated transaction of electricity market. The transaction model, the bidding characteristics of market entities and the transaction principle are set, and the transaction strategy expression of the electricity sellers and buyers are proposed. The analysis focuses on the factors considered in the bidding strategies of buyers and sellers, mainly including the maximum bidding round, the target price, the transaction margin and the adjustment coefficient, based on which a discount factor is designed to construct a complete bargaining model. The model is simulated based on the trading situation of Guangxi electricity market, the bid behavior characterization of the model's adjustment coefficient is analyzed, and the effectiveness of the model is verified. The research provides a reference point for the transaction decision-making of market entities and the analysis of transaction behavior and transaction results.
